Destiny weekly reset for September 6 detailed

Bungie has pushed the button on the Destiny weekly reset once again, ushering in a fresh set of challenges for Guardians to face.

Check out full details on this week’s Destiny reset below.

Destiny Nightfall

Guardians will be facing the Cerberus Vae 3 strike for this week’s Nightfall, which comes equipped with modifiers Void Burn, Berserk, Brawler, and Airborne. Ready to face the music? Then grab a fireteam and get stuck in.

Prison of Elders

You’ll be facing Machine Wrath and Cult of the Worm arenas for Level 32 and Level 34, respectively.

Court of Oryx

Those of you going up against the Tier 3 boss this week will be getting into a fight with Thalnok, Fanatic of Crota.

King’s Fall raid challenge

Oryx himself is the challenge this week, so stock up on heavy and special weapon ammo packs—you’re going to need ‘em.

Destiny Rise of Iron release date is only weeks away

Bungie will launch the next expansion pack for Destiny, titled Rise of Iron, on September 20 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. In addition, Destiny: The Collection will also be made available on the same day, which packages the base game with all four expansions.

Activision confirmed earlier this year that Destiny 2 is currently in development and will ship at some point in 2017, presumably just for current-generation consoles. You can check out some art work for the sequel here.

Destiny was originally released back in September 2014 for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. It was followed by three expansions: The Dark Below, House of Wolves, and The Taken King. Bungie also started rolling out time-based events to keep players entertained, such as Festival of the Lost and Crimson Days.
