Sony’s Jim Ryan has confirmed that 99% of PS4 games will work on PS5 with backwards compatibility when the PS5 launches in November.
In an interview with the Washington Post, Jim Ryan states that 99% of PS4 games will be playable on PS5 through backwards compatibility, with thousands being tested by Sony.
This is great news and will work well with the recently announced PS Plus Collection, which features a number of PS4 games that will be playable at PS5 on launch.
