Developed by Gears for Breakfast, A Hat in Time shattered its goals when the game was revealed on Kickstarter, doubling the amount of backing it needed within the first few days.
It’s not hard to see why…
Looking rather like a glorious 3D platformer of old, along the lines of a Banjo Kazooie or Super Mario Sunshine, the game features open-world levels, puzzle solving, combat and lots of opportunity to explore for collectibles.

The good news is that in addition to a Windows PC version, A Hat in Time is now coming to PS4 and Xbox One. The developer revealed the announcement on Twitter.
