Ubisoft has emerged from the shadows with a brand new trailer for Assassin’s Creed Mirage, this time exploring the game’s visually striking depiction of 9th century Baghdad, which is where players will be spending most of their time in the upcoming title.
Check out the trailer below.
Set during the 9th century primarily in Baghdad, Assassin’s Creed Mirage sees players following Basim, who previously appeared in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, during his early years as a street their and eventual progression into the Assassin Brotherhood. The game replaces the large-scale open-world setting of the last few games with a more intimate setting that recalls the original Assassin’s Creed.
Ubisoft has revealed that Assassin’s Creed Mirage will last players around 30 hours, a far cry from the 100+ hour juggernauts like AC Valhalla and AC Odyssey, but very much in line with some of the earlier titles in the series.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage is due out on October 5, 2023 for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One,
