The trailer also features a remixed version of the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla main theme, and is essentially a remixed version of the reveal trailer.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is pencilled in for release on November 17 for PS4, PC and Xbox One, and is also coming to the PS5 and Xbox Series X. The game takes place in the Dark Ages, with players controlling Eivor – with the ability to swap between male and female versions – as they forge alliances and build their settlement across England.

The latest entry in the multi-million selling entries will feature around 25 enemy archetypes, and it’s possible for story choices to impact numerous regions within the game world.

Assassin’s Creed has been an annual series since 2009, although it’s finally been taking a few breaks in recent years; one in 2016 and the other in 2019.
