Dying Light PS5 Update Out Now, Adds 60 FPS Performance Mode & More

Techland has released a new Dying Light update that brings full PS5 support to the classic zombie-parkour title, including a Performance Mode running at 60 FPS.

Here’s the full details on the Dying Light 60 FPS update for PS5. There’s three modes in total, all of which prioritise various performances spanning resolution and frame rate.

PLAYSTATION 5

Three new video modes:

  • Performance Mode with 60 FPS in Full HD
  • Balanced Mode targeting 60 FPS in QHD
  • Quality Mode with 30 FPS in 4K Resolution

Dying Light was released for PS4, PC, and Xbox One in January 2015, and was supported by five years of post-launch content. Dying Light 2: Stay Human launched for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One in February 2022, and you can read our review here.
