Antal Studio has hit up the PlayStation Blog to reveal how the upcoming cyberpunk-themed Foreclosed will utilise the DualSense controller, and from the sound of things, they’re tapping into every feature available in the PS5 controller.
First up, both adaptive triggers and haptic feedback will be employed in Foreclosed to deliver feedback and resistances depending on what modifications you have equipped. For example, when willing the Symbiotic Pistol, players will feel a difference from one particular skill to the next via the DualSense’s unique functionality.
Meanwhile, the controller’s speak comes into play when protagonist Evan receives a call from his ally throughout the game, while the light bar changes colour depending on the heat level of Evan’s implants, which are used to unleash a range of special attacks during combat.

Foreclosed is pencilled in for release on PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One on August 12, 2021.
