Bungie’s latest addition to its staff comes from Riot Games, as the former game director for Riot’s Valorant, Joe Ziegler, is now working at Bungie on an unannounced project.
“Happy to announce my new home is at Bungie working on new stuff that hopefully will one day get to be played by you all.” Ziegler announced from his personal Twitter account.

While Bungie is always going to be working on new content for Destiny, we also know that it is currently developing new IPs.
A previous report suggested Bunige has at least four ongoing projects, and more recently a job listing pointed to one of those projects being a third-person action game developed in the Tiger Engine.
Valorant has been a widely successful title for Riot and remains one of the most popular esports in the industry. It’s been exclusively a PC title, however a recent job listing from Riot pointed to it coming to PS5 in the future.
It’ll be interesting to see what Ziegler is working on, whenever Bungie is ready to announce it.
