Rockstar Games is still committed to a 2025 relaese window for Grand Theft Auto VI, with a series of recruitment posts on LinkedIn making it clear at the highly anticipated crime romp is still very much on track to launch this year.
The developer is currently looking to fill a number of roles in its Technical Art team across its UK studios, with London, Leeds, and Dundee hiring for a Senior & Principle Technical Artist. Meanwhile, Rockstar Games’ Edinburgh outfit has a Technical Artist: Interior Environment position to fill, as well as Senior & Principal Technical Artist — Performance Capture positions.
Below these job ads is a banner for GTA VI that clearly displays a “coming 2025′ text, so for now at least there shouldn’t be any concerns that the game may be delayed.

Last week, Take-Two’s CEO stated that GTA VI will ‘breathtaking’ and ‘worth waiting for,‘ while a research firm predicted that the game could generate more than one billion dollars in preorders alone.
Grand Theft Auto VI is currently in development for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
