Zope y Cactuardo means Zope and Cactuardo so clearly this will be a 2 vs. 1 challenge. This face-off on Guacamelee! 2 have two phases.
In phase 1, you will fight against a parrot named Zope. Defeating Zope is a bit easy as it is not as strong and fast than other bosses. What you need here is timing. So simply dodge his attacks and hit him after like a counter puncher. Do this and he will be knocked out in no time.
For the phase 2, Zope will call an ally, the giant destroyer cactus named Cactuardo. They will combine their force and Zope will sit on Cactuardo’s head. By this time you should keep distance as Cactuardo is covered with spiky needles on his whole body.
So you need to attack Zope first before Cactuardo. To do this, use the walls to jump off the wall and hit Zope to push him off Cactuardo’s head. You may fail at first but don’t give up. Just keep on doing it until Zope falls and when this happens, the needles in Catuardo’s body will disappear. But this will only last for few seconds so you need to attack quickly.
