Fallout 76 Cross-Platform is currently not supported by Bethesda. In other words, if you’re playing on PS4, you will only bump into other gamers on that format, and the same can be said for PC and Xbox One.

Back in 2018, Bethesda’s Pete Hines commented on the prospect of Fallout 76 Cross-Platform; here’s what he had to say.
Fallout 76 does not support crossplay, for a number of reasons. I have no idea if it ever will. But I assure you it is not on our radar right now as we focus on B.E.T.A. and Launch.
So there you go. Right now, it doesn’t look like the feature is going to be added to the game anytime soon.
