Destiny 2’s Solstice of Heroes live event is finally here. Players can now enjoy Solstice of Heroes until August 2, providing the opportunity to access new armor sets. Solstice of Heroes Orbs and Redux Missions
Before we dive in to the complete guide on how to get Solstice of Heroes Armor Destiny 2, let us review first the basic requirements to get those level-ups. These are the Orbs and Redux Missions.
You need to finish orbs collection mission objectives in order to upgrade your armor. Orbs can be arc, solar and void which only drop while you wear your Solstice of Heroes armor set. Orbs also give damage boosts and other upgrades.
Redux missions are found all over the tower as you embark on the Solstice of Heroes. So first, walk up to one of the statues together with your Fire team. Then it will allow you to replay an old story mission using the new Redux format. Among these Redux missions are Chosen, Spark, 1AU, Homecoming and Payback.
How to Get Solstice of Heroes Armor Destiny 2
So here’s how to get Solstice of Heroes armor Destiny 2 upgrade according to each class. When you log in the game, you’ll automatically receive Scorched armor set. It is set at tje lowest level which you will upgrade to Rekindled then to Resplendent and then finally to Masterwork Resplendent.

Hunter Upgrade from Scorched (240 power) to Rekindled (340 power)
- Arms – Homecoming Redux mission, 150 arc orbs, complete a meditation with Ikora
- Chest – Chosen Redux mission, 90 arc orbs in strikes, complete 10 Heroic public events
- Cloak – Payback Redux mission, get 30 kills with your Super in the Crucible, complete 10 patrols
- Head – Spark Redux mission, 90 solar orbs in the EDZ, 10 kills in the Crucible
- Legs – 1AU Redux mission, 150 void orbs, defeat 50 mini-bosses
Hunter Upgrade from Rekindled (340 power) to Resplendent (400 power)
- Arms – Payback Redux mission, 120 void grenade kills, complete three Heroic strikes
- Chest – 1AU Redux mission, 80 solar power weapon kills, win five non-private Crucible matches
- Cloak – Homecoming Redux mission, 200 arc super kills, complete 20 challenges
- Head – Chosen Redux mission, 160 void energy weapon kills, complete the Nightfall
- Legs – Spark Redux mission, 60 solar melee kills, complete 10 adventures
Hunter Upgrade from Resplendent (400 power) to Masterwork Resplendent (400 power)
- Arms – Complete five heroic strikes in a group with at least one clanmate
- Chest – Complete the Prestige Leviathan raid
- Cloak – Defeat 10 bosses
- Head – Complete the Prestige Nightfall within the point threshold, which is noted on each strike emblem
- Legs – Reach the Valor rank of Legend in the Crucible
