Mega Man legend and former Capcom R&D boss Keiji Inafune has announced he’s working on a new RPG game for PlayStation 3.
Speaking to Bloomberg, Inafune revealed that the game will be released in August, as well as confirming that he is working on a social game due for release in Japan next month.
"In this industry, it’s often the creators who have the eye for potential hits but they’re not the ones deciding what gets published," he commented. "We’ll see many more clashes as creator-management divides widen."
Inafune resigned from Capcom in October 2010 after working for the Japanese powerhouse for over 23 years.
