SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku have announced that Lost Judgment‘s new expansion, The Kaito Files, will launch on March 28, 2022 for $29.99.
The Kaito Files is four-episode story expansion that will be available free to Season Pass holders or those who purchased the Lost Judgment Ultimate Edition.
Players assume control of Masaharu Kaito, known as the muscle of the Yagami Detective Agency, as he takes up a new case that ties up the loose ends of his past. Kaito-san comes packing two fighting skills and his own Primal Focus detective techniques to help him crack the case.
The Kaito Files picks up after Lost Judgment while Yagami is out of town, which sees Kaito searching for Mikio, an old flame. This brings him into contact with Jun, a teenager claiming to be their son, who he teams up with to uncover Mikiko’s disappearance.
