Ok, now this is neat. In a remarkable act of transparency, Dreams developer Media Molecule has made the entire content roadmap for its PS4 exclusive completely open and available to the public.
Hosted on the Trello task management site, visitors can pop in and see what the team is up to – observing everything from smaller patch development work all the way through to major milestone expansions such as PSVR support and all-new new content packs. You can access it here.

As an introduction to its Trello board, Media Molecule has written the following post to let gamers know what to expect going forward in terms of how the developer will seek to split up its content development work:
What To Expect From Our Trello Board
On this page, we’ll be keeping you up to date with the current goings-on in the Dreamiverse, from impending updates to what we’re working on now to what’s being planned for the future of Dreams.
That said, there will be some items that aren’t included on the board for one reason or another. We do want to make sure everything on the board is something we’re committed to delivering to Dreams and for everything but our The Future section, the content represents what we’re actively fixing, investigating or creating.
Upcoming Update
In this area, we’ll detail the next update to hit Dreams and what you can expect to see from the additions we’re making to Dreams.
Features in Progress
Here, we’ll be detailing the features we’re currently working on. These may not have a current date or release window, but they’re in active development at Mm HQ.
Bug Fixes In Progress
This column is about the bugs we’re aware of, based on feedback from the community or the ones we discover ourselves. We’ll update this page with markers to let you know at what stage these are at: (FIXED), (PARTIAL FIX) etc.
This will cover both Dreams, and indreams.me.
Known Issues
Here, we’ll be covering off all the issues we are aware of, but aren’t able to currently work on.
Previously Released
Everything we’ve released in to the Dreamiverse since our launch on the 14th February, 2020. As we move through updates, this column will be an archive of everything, so if you’re after some detail on a older update – this is the place to go!
The Future
In this particular section, you’ll find exciting things we have planned for the future of Dreams! These currently have no date or release window, but when they do they’ll be moved over to the right section of the board. Consider it the R&D side of Dreams development.
Some of these are just at the idea stage! We may not have any more information on these for a little while.
More developers should do this sort of thing don’t you think?
