Retail giant Amazon UK has started replacing its PS5 orders that failed to turn up for preorder customers at launch.
A number of customers who preordered Sony’s next-generation console failed to receive their PS5s, with couriers marking their orders as delivered despite them not been received. Others instead opened their packages to find kitchen appliances and other items.
One customer managed to catch a driver on CCTV apparently marking their PS5 as delivered before driving off without dropping the package off.
