Experiment 101 has unleashed a new Biomutant trailer, which features art and creative director Stefan Ljungqvist explaining various aspects of the game, from the world itself, to character customisation, tribes, mutations and the Tree of Life.

Biomutant is pencilled in for release on PS4, PC and Xbox One on May 25, 2021, having been delayed multiple times over the past few years. Pleasingly, the latest previews for the game have revealed that it’s shaping up rather well.

Experiment 101 has revealed that the game will offer up to 60 FPS when running on the PSA Pro, so it’s certainly no slouch when it comes to its performance on the older platforms.
In addition, the game will be fully playable on the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S thanks to backwards compatibility, although at this point we’re not sure if its performance will be enhanced for new consoles or not.
