Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio has revealed in a recent stream that it will announce the new Like A Dragon game during the Tokyo Game Show 2024.
In addition, the studio also also revealed five girls who are set to appear in the next Yakuza game. They are Misoshiru (MC/game commentator), Ai Hongo (Adult Actress), Enako (Cosplayer), Kaho Shibuya (Talent, Author, Content Creator, Cosplayer), and Seiko Kirishima (Race Queen).
All five girls will be presented in-game similar to how Yakuza: Like A Dragon employed real-life personalities, and we can expect a trailer for the new Yakuza game to drop during Tokyo Game Show beyond just an official confirmation.

The latest entry in the Like A Dragon series launched in January 2024 in the form of Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth, and a few months before that, RGG Studio launched Like A Dragon: The Man Who Erased His Name, which is a side-story set between Yakuza 6 and Yakuza: Like A Dragon.
