Nier Replicant is scheduled for release on April 23 for PS4, and you’ll also be able to play it on the PS5 thanks to backwards compatibility. Publisher Square Enix has also said (perhaps jokingly, we’re not entirely sure) that it will add Papa Nier to the game if it manages to drum up enough sales.

Nier Replicant was originally released in Japan as an alternative title to Nier, and features a younger main character. The game is a spin-off from the Darkengard franchise, and continues on from the fifth ending of the first title, which sees Earth left in complete decay.
