Overwatch’s next holiday event will celebrate Chinese New Year! The Year of the Rooster festivities will kick off in Blizzard’s shooter next Tuesday, January 24, several days before Chinese New Year on Saturday.

The official Twitter account debuted one of the new skins players can score during the upcoming event: Chinese character Mei in lucky red, traditional Chinese garb!
Meanwhile, the Korean Overwatch Twitter showed the New Year’s skin for Korean gal gamer D.Va and it’s rightfully adorable as well.

Blizzard has yet to reveal any additional details but confirmed to Polygon that the Year of the Rooster event will be “similar in scope to previous game events.” Players can expect to get exclusive cosmetic items including character skins, sprays, voice lines, and emotes.
