New PS5 System Update Fixes Front USB DualSense Charging Issues

The new PS5 update released earlier today by Sony Interactive Entertainment includes a fix that wasn’t previously detailed, namely allowing players to charge the DualSense controller using the front USB.

This apparently was an issue for some folk, but it should be fixed now thanks to the latest PS5 system software update. Having said that, users are still having various problems with the console, such as games crashing and discs spinning at random.

As for the rest of the update? It improves system stability, as you’d expect. Hopefully this goes some way to remedy some of the above niggles.
