Atlus‘ rumoured Persona 3 Remake is reportedly getting an official reveal next month, according to ResetEra tipster ‘Im A Hero Too.’
The user said that a press conference scheduled for June will be “Evoke-itive,” which Persona fans will recognise as a reference to the Evoker, which is used to summon Personas. That press conference is none other than the Xbox Games Showcase, which is happening on Sunday, June 11.
This doesn’t mean that Persona 3 Remake will be exclusive to the Xbox Series X/S; rather, it seems to suggest Microsoft has bagged marketing rights following its reveals of the console versions of Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden. As such, PlayStation versions will likely be announced a few days later.
It’s worth mentioning that this ResetEra post isn’t the only source we have for the Persona 3 Remake. Gematsu also backed up the reports, stating that it’s heard a Persona 3 Remake has been in the works for a few years after footage seemingly leaked last month.
