The mention of an “exclusive quest” was spotted in the game’s pre-order listing on the PlayStation Store by a user on Twitter, who pointed the detail out.
In response, Chandler Wood, community manager for Hogwarts Legacy confirmed the quest is exclusive to the platform, and you don’t need to pre-order it to get it, all you need to do is play on PS5 or PS4.
Earlier this month we learned that Hogwarts Legacy would be delayed again, this time pushing into February 2023. We also got a look at the game’s collector’s edition, which comes complete with a magic floating wand, at the price of £300.
The recent Gamescom Opening Night Live 2022 trailer dove into more of the game’s story, while also showing off more gameplay.
For many long-time Harry Potter fans, Hogwarts Legacy continues to shape up to be the game that they’ve been waiting for, but the actions and views of the one responsible for the Wizarding World continue to keep the game in controversy.
