Amazon has confirmed that it has updated the PlayStation 3’s Lovefilm Instant application with high-definition streaming.
In addition, the app now also boasts improved search functions.
The update will be made available for download in the U.K. and Germany today, and make its way to all Lovefilm Instant support platforms soon.
Users can also take advantage of a Watchlist feature, allowing you to create an unlimited streaming playlist, plus an enhanced recommendation engine. Resuming content is now supported across any Lovefilm-compatible device.
Lovefilm is available for a variety of devices, including PS3, PC, Wii, Wii U, Xbox 360, iPad, Kindle Fire and smart TVs.
