PS4 dominates for Ubisoft in Q1

In its first quarter financial report, ending June 30 2015, Ubisoft has revealed that sales of its PS4 games amount to 27 percent of its revenue gained.

While the French publisher’s PC games brought in around 23 percent of the total revenue, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PS3 games contributed approximately 11 percent each. Ubisoft’s total sales revenue for the first quarter was €96.6 million, down from 73.2 percent during the same period last year.

This year, Ubisoft will be pinning its console hopes on two of its major franchises, with the release of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege later this year.
