The PS5 DualSense controller is packing some interesting features, but have you ever wondered what it would look like with a fancy Night Mode when the lights are out? Well, thanks to YouTube user Ellejart, we now have an idea of how it could work – and it looks brilliant.

The Night Mode does exactly what you would imagine, namely lighting up the LEDs around he controller’s primary buttons and centre. The video also shows it pulsing and a switch-on animation while the lights change gradually. It all looks pretty impressive, and definitely makes us wish Sony had implemented it into the final product.
The DualSense controller has a number of advantages over its predecessor, including haptic feedback, adaptive triggers, and a Create button. The design itself is also slightly different to the DualShock 4, while still retaining that familiar Sony pad aesthetic.
Sony will launch the PS5 in holiday 2020.
