One of the many things you’ll be doing in Red Dead Redemption 2 is searching for Homestead Stashes. Though you’ll naturally come across some of these missions, you’ll also need to make sure you’ve located a Homestead stash in at least four locations to unlock the Breaking and Entering Trophy.
Luckily, there are seven places to find these stashes, so you’re spoiled for choice. In this Red Dead Redemption 2 Homestead Stash guide, we’ll show you how to the four stashes you need for the trophy.
- Head to Van Horn Mansion. These can be found just to the South of the Van Horn Trading Post in New Hanover. You can sneak around in here as a couple of folk are asleep. Like all these stash locations, make sure you take everything!
- At the Aberdeen Pig Farm in Lemoyne you need to follow this exact routine. Speak to the man outside and make sure you follow him into the house first. Then you can grab all the loot you want!
- Lonnie’s Shack isn’t too far away from the pig farm, so head here next. The key here is not to kill all of the enemies in the shack. There are four in total and you’ll need to interrogate one of them so he reveals the Homestead Stash location. We found in the kitchen in a sack of grain.
- In Ambarino you’ll find Chez Porter, which is slightly the East of Whinyard Strait. You need to head upstairs in the barn by using the ladder. There’s the stash box containing some sweet loot.
There are three more treasure boxes that you can get your hands on, should you not be successful with any of the above attempts. If you enjoyed this Red Dead Redemption 2 Homestead Stash guide, check out some of our other tips.
