Resident Evil 4 Remake is the latest instalment of the long-running franchise to receive a brand new remake. Much like its previous instalments Resident Evil 4 Remake features a plethora of collectables and secrets to find. In our Resident Evil 4 Remake Collectables Guide, we go over where to find all 16 Clockwork Castellans, 104 Treasures and 19 Merchant Requests, including all Bule Madalion locations.
Chapter 8 features Six treasures and one Castellan. Here are their locations in the order in which they can be found.
Treasure: Mirror with Perls & Rubies
Located at the end of the Wine Cellar in a chest sitting on the desk.
Treasure 2: Extravagant Clock
After a big cutscene. Look for a chest next to the fireplace.
Small Key (Needed for Treasure 3.
This key is located on a desk in the hallway as you progress with the story.
Treasure 3: Brass Pocket Watch (Requires Small Key)
Head back to the room with the fireplace and unlock the desk with the small key you just acquired to find the Brass Pocket Watch.
Treasure 4: Ornate Necklace
This one can be confusing to get to. As you make your way through the castle, you encounter doors that switch from the sun to the moon every time you pull a switch to get through. Continue until you get to the point where you must climb up some rubble with yellow boards. Look for an area where you can drop down a hole. This will land you next to a treasure chest with the Ornate Necklace.
Castellan 8
As you reach the top of the castle walls, a Giant will begin to throw rocks at you. Make your way to the right side of the wall first or the second tower if you look at your map. Make your way to the top of the tower and run all the way around the circular structure to find the Castellan sitting on some boxes.
Treasure 5: Emerald
This one is on the same tower as the Castellan. Make our way to the centre of the tower roof to find the Emerald in a chest.
Treasure 6: Ruby
As you make your way to the final tower, you’ll find your path blocked by a broken pathway where you must fall down to the bottom level. Fall down, turn back around, and go inside the path leading into the third tower. Look for a silver container hanging from the ceiling.
