Resident Evil 7 Not a Hero DLC teased in new Sewer Gators video

Capcom has released a new video teasing the upcoming Resident Evil 7 Not a Hero DLC, this time focusing on protagonist Chris Redfield.

The boulder-punching ex-S.T.A.R.S. member returns for Not a Hero to hunt down Lucas Baker, who is attempting to escape capture in the tunnels underneath his family home in the swamps of Louisiana.

Not a Hero introduces a number of new areas to explore, so you won’t just be retreading the same old ground you did with Ethan Winters in the main campaign. There’s also a couple of new foes to battle, including the lumbering but deadly White Molded.

Capcom will launch Not a Hero on December 12, having delayed the DLC from its original spring launch window.

The free expansion will coincide with the release of Resident Evil 7 Gold Edition, which includes all available DLC including the upcoming End of Zoe chapter.

Check out the new Resident Evil 7 Not a Hero video below, featuring an introduction by Pete ‘I don’t do ADR’ Walken of Sewer Gators fame.

Resident Evil 7: biohazard was released on PS4, PC, and Xbox One in January 2017, and has shipped over four million copies worldwide to date.

If you’ve ever wondered what the survival horror game would look like if it had been made in 1998, then be sure to check out the Resident Evil 7 Demake.

Capcom is also working on the highly anticipated Resident Evil 2 Remake, although we’ve yet to see anything on the project since it was green lit in August 2015. However, rumors have indicated we may get our first look at the title at PSX next month.
