Maggie Robertson, the actress who portrayed the towering Lady Dimitrescu in Resident Evil Village, has posted an image on Twitter of her back in motion capture gear.
Quite what this is for is anyone’s guess right now, but Capcom hasn’t announced anything new regarding the memorable antagonist, who stalks Ethan Winters throughout the gothic trappings of Castle Dimitrescu early in the game.
We already know that Lady D is playable in The Mercenaries’ extended content that’s dropping with The Winters’ Expansion, but Robertson has surely already completed any work related to that since it’s out next month.

Resident Evil Village was released in May 2021 for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One. The game takes place a few years after Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, and sees Winters travelling to a remote village in search of his kidnapped daughter, Rose.
The aforementioned Winters’ Expansion also adds a third-person view for the main campaign and the new Shadows of Rose DLC. In addition, the game is also getting PSVR 2 support, and will be playable in this form at Tokyo Game Show 2022.
