The next chapter in the Assassin’s Creed franchise will not be called Empire or Ragnarok and will incorporate more supernatural-related elements, according to fresh Internet murmurs via a noted French YouTuber.
Assassin’s Creed 2020 Details Leak
First up, as previously reported numerous times, the new Assassin’s Creed game will feature Vikings, and will see the return of the Hidden Blade and Shield. The main protagonist can be male or female, and is not called Jora as previously rumoured.
Elsewhere, Scandinavia won’t be the only location in the game, which ties in with older reports that it will include the likes of Paris and London. Players can also expect more RPG elements than Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, but there won’t be cooperative play.
The new Assassin’s Creed game is slated for release by the end of the year, and a reveal is planned for late this month/early May. The latter makes sense, as it’s already been suggested that it’ll be announced soon.
Ubisoft has announced the new Assassin’s Creed game yet, but it is expected to arrive on PC PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One.
