Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor has been delayed on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced.
The fantasy action-adventure title will now hit Sony and Microsoft’s last-generation systems in November, though the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions remain on track for late September and early October in the U.S. and Europe, respectively.
Shadow of Mordor will be released in the U.S. on November 18 and in Europe on November 21 for PS3 and Xbox 360.
Based in the same world as the multi-million selling novel The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien, Shadow of Mordor sees gamers controlling a ranger with Wraith-like abilities.
