Sonic Origins’ Various Issues To Be Fixed In New Patch

SEGA has revealed that an incoming Sonic Origins update will iron out “a variety of issues,” amidst ongoing criticism of the retro compilation.

Sonic the Hedgehog’s social media boss, Katie Chrzanowski, responded to a fan on Twitter regarding future patches for Sonic Origins:

Hey! Thanks for the patience! The team’s been listening and is working on fixing a variety of issues right now. We’ll make sure to get some more official messaging out once we have more info for everyone.

Many of the issues with Sonic Origins relate to sound glitches, collision detection, and bizarre behaviour of Tails’ AI, with a number of problems being reported in Sonic 3 & Knuckles.
