Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us Part 2 has managed to become a chart-topping title on retail behemoth Amazon in multiple countries, despite recent leaks.

That’s at least according to some snooping around by the folks at Gaming Route, who found that The Last of Us Part 2 has secured itself a top (or thereabouts) position on Amazon UK, US, and France. That’s impressive considering 1) the game isn’t even out yet, and 2) the controversy caused by the recent social media leaks.

In addition, the post-apocalyptic sequel has also managed to perform well on the Canadian and Japanese arms of Amazon ahead of its release next month. These all pertain to the physical version of the game.
The Last of Us Part 2 is scheduled for release on June 19, following its delay from its previous launch date of May 29. Naughty Dog confirmed yesterday that the game had gone gold, meaning development has finally wrapped.
