Survios has announced The Walking Dead Onslaught release date, confirming the horror title will be shambling onto PSVR, Oculus Rift and SteamVR on September 29.

Those of you who pre-order The Walking Dead Onslaught will be able to get their hands on the Golden Katana, Golden Knuckle Knife and exclusive Sheriff Rick and Hunter Daryl skins.
The Walking Dead Onslaught is based off AMC’s hugely successful TV adaptation of Robert Kirkman’s comic book series, and follows the likes of Rick Grimes and Daryl Dixon as they combat the undead threat and fend off against the worst humanity has to in the perennially dangerous post-apocalyptic landscape.
The game features a progressive dismemberment system, allowing for Walkers to be impaled, delimited, carved up and more as you wield a variety of melee weapons and take part in detailed and visceral combat.
The Walking Dead Onslaught is due out on September 29.
