Visceral Games’ Dead Space 2 has topped the UK Charts for its second consecutive week, fending off stiff competition from the likes of FIFA 11 and Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood.
The blood-curdling, Necromorph-stomping sequel released on January 28 to critical acclaim, racking up a meta rating of 90/100. Unsurprisingly, it’s already managed to outsell the original Dead Space by a considerable margin.
Elsewhere on the charts, FIFA 11 scores second place, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood sneaks in at third, Black Ops sits at fourth, and do-it-yourself sequel LittleBigPlanet 2 slips down to fifth.
