All hope isn’t lost to get your hands-on one of these exclusive PS4s, but the bad news is: it’s going to cost you a small fortune. With one Sony’s PS4 Anniversary Edition console sold for $25,000 on eBay it now seems that the price has settled somewhat with one BUY IT NOW option on the auction site now available (at time of writing) for £3,990.00.
In the U.S., the price appears to be substantially higher. This PS4 Anniversary Edition is currently at $9,600.00 and ends today in one auction, though in another there’s still two days left to bid on the console, which currently stands at $760.
The PS4 Anniversary Edition was announced last week and designed around the first PlayStation console, sporting a grey finish and original logo. It’s unlikely that Sony will produce more units, but with this kind of demand you just never know.
