Playstation Blog announced today that the hit Japanese Playstation Vita game Gravity Rush is coming to the US exclusively on June 12th.
The Blog also released a trailer with the release date announcement, which accentuates the gravitational manipulation that plays a key part in the gameplay of Gravity Rush. Story-wise, the world of Gravity Rush places Kat in an open world where "gravity-storms" are appearing all over the place from unknown sources, and it's up to her to use her gravitational powers to fix the storms.
Enjoy the gravity-defying trailer:
Are you guys going to get Gravity Rush on June 12th?

I absolutely don't understand how the game will be played (spinning the Vita to the side will of course prevent you from seeing what's happening on screen ... ???, wouldn't it be more logical to slide it on the side, but keeping it horizontal???) but seems very interesting anyway

I was able to try a demo at Best Buy, and the controls are very intuitive. Activating the anti-gravity function is done with the left trigger, flight acceleration is done with the right trigger, and movement is done with the joystick. I was really expecting a very complex system, but it keeps functionality well, especially for such a simplistic controle scheme.
If you can, definitely try to find a Best Buy to try it. The ONLY bad thing about this game is that the initial load time is fairly long. But, it IS loading an entire open world, after all. Still, it'd be nice if it was a bit faster.
