Where is Xur today?
Located on the weekends in various areas of the Tower and the Reef, Destiny’s Xur sells exotic weapons, gauntlets and other trinkets to tempt Guardians to part with their strange coins.
But what exotics does the Agent of the Nine have in store for us this week?
Xur appears every Friday in Destiny at 10am BST before he disappears in a puff a smoke on a Sunday at 11am BST (6am). That means, you have a little over 48 hours to find the location of this Xur agent and see if he’s selling the weapons and armor that you’re looking for.
Last week, when we asked ‘where is xur today?” he was located in the Tower, and this week you can find him in Tower Hangar entrance on the right.
Get your coins at the ready, because this is what Xur is selling this week:
- Shinobu’s Vow – Gauntlet
- Crest of Alpha Lupi- Chest Armor
- The Ram – Helmet
- Inventive – Shotgun
- Weapon bundles – Inventive and Storm’s Reproach, Truth and Heart of Gold
In other news, the Destiny weekly reset took players to The Nexus for the Nightfall, while the Raid Challenge mode set Vosik as the latest challenger. The future of Destiny was thrown into doubt following the Destiny 2 release date being confirmed, but Bungie pledged that it would continue support even after the latest Age of Triumph quest update.
A recent Destiny 2 leak also confirmed the roadmap for expansions and DLC, confirming release dates of Winter 2017 and Spring 2018 for the Osiris and Rasputin expansions which will feature new weapons and gear, as well as additional story missions, co-op activities and multiplayer content.
Pre-orders are now available, which guarantees early access to the Destiny 2 beta, which we’re expected to launch in August prior to its September release.
