Fallout 76: Burning Springs Expansion To Feature Walton Goggins As The Ghoul

Actor Walton Goggins will reprise his role as The Ghoul for Fallout 76: Burning Springs update, which is the most significant expansion for the post-apocalyptic outing in five years.

Fallout 76 was released in 2018 for PS4, PC, and Xbox One, and serves as a prequel to the franchise and is the first multiplayer game developed by Bethesda Game Studios. The game is set West Virginia’s Appalachian region, with players stepping into the role of a survivor of a nuclear war who exists a fallout shelter after 25 years, finding much of the United States has bene left in ruin.

The Fallout TV series meanwhile premiered on Amazon Prime Video in April 2024, and its second season will debut in December 2025. Fallout was well-received and picked up three Emmy Award nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series (Goggins), and two Creative Arts Emmy Awards.
