Nixxes Software has officially announced that a PC version of Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut is coming out on May 16, 2024.
Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut for PC includes the full base game, the Iki Island expansion, and cooperative online multiplayer add-on, Legends. The game supports ultrawide monitor viewing, with optimisation for 21:9 and 32:9 resolutions also included. Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut PC also features performance enhancing technology such as NVIDIA DLSS 3 and AMD FSR 3, and is compatible with the PS5’s DualSense controller for haptic feedback and adaptive triggers.
Earlier this week it was reported by XboxEra’s Nick Baker that news about a Ghost of Tsushima PC version would happen this week, so he was obviously on the money.
Sony has been putting a large emphasis of porting its first-party games to PC the past couple of years, and Ghost of Tsushima is one of the big games that has still yet to make the jump, so it was only a matter of time until we heard something.

Brian Fleming, Sucker Punch’s co-founder, commented:
We’re proud to announce that our friends and partners over at Nixxes are bringing Ghost of Tsushima to PC! This is a first for Sucker Punch – all our previous work is console-exclusive, so we are excited about all this and Nixxes was the right team to do this project. With them on board, we knew the results would be nothing short of amazing! Now excuse me as I go order a Super Ultra Wide monitor!
