The PlayStation Store update this week brings with it some great bargains on PS4, PS3 and Vita games. This week Bandai Namco has discounted its “Tales” franchise, along with Dark Souls II. Meanwhile, Capcom is offering gamers another crack at Devil May Cry 4, while one of the most requested PSOne Classics finally makes it onto PSN.

Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition

If you missed Devil May Cry 4 back on PS3, now is a great time to pick it up. DMC4 stars a new hero named Nero as he goes on a quest to save a kidnapped young lady. Dante returns with Lady and Trish to raise some hell. The Devil May Cry 4 PS4 Special Edition also sports new costumes, the ability to play as Dante’s brother Vergil, and some upgraded graphics. SkullGirls: 2nd Encore

Released as a Kickstarter title, SkullGirls has gone through a lot since its original release. Changing publishers, releasing DLC characters, adding options like skill challenges and survival mode, and launching with one of the best online multiplayer for a fighting game to date. The Vanishing of Ethan Carter

The Vanishing of Ethan Carter is one of the best adventure games out this generation. Discover what happened in the wake of a brutal murder and try to discover what happened to the young Ethan Carter. Mega Man Legends (PSOne Classic)

If you never played Mega man Legends you missed out on a true PSOne Classic. Going full 3D, Mega Man Legends has a witty script, fun combat, a small open-world to explore and some great graphics for its time. It’s one of the most requested PSOne Classics and it’s finally arrived on PSN.
Tales of Symphonia Chronicles
($19.99)
Tales of Symphonia Chronicles bundles two GameCube classics with Tales of Symphonia and Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of a New World. Tales of Symphonia was the first title in the “Tales” franchise to go full 3D. You can’t beat two classic titles for that price.
Dark Souls 2
($19.99)
Dark Souls is one of those franchises that most people didn’t even think would be successful. Now, it’s one of the most talked about franchises of the past ten years. The brutal series has been claiming the tears of gamers since its release, even spawning an updated version a year later. Dark Souls II should not be missed by anyone who is in for a challenge.
