The PS5 Pro Has 1.89TB Of Usable Storage

Sony’s PS5 Pro launches tomorrow worldwide, and early reviews of the high-end system have confirmed that it offers 1.89TB of usable storage, which is a huge increase over the 667GB of usable space that the standard version of the console shipped with.

PS5 Pro ships with 2TB of SSD space under the hood, up from the 825GB that the original model of Sony’s flagship console has. So, this means that users are getting nearly all of that 2TB to themselves, with only a small portion reserved for system operations.

This is a huge deal as games nowadays take up a lot of space, particularly Call of Duty, which often requires more than 100GB. Factor in updates and any other media you may be storing on your SSD, and that space is quickly used up.
