In case you’re somehow out of the loop, Microsoft dipped into its pockets earlier this year and threw a load of cash at ZeniMax Media, Bethesda’s parent company, assimilating the industry giant into the Xbox Game Studios division.
This isn’t good news for PS5, as it means a lot of upcoming games including Starfield and The Elder Scrolls VI are most likely going to be exclusive to Xbox Series X/S and PC.
Fortunately, it was confirmed not long after that Deathloop and Ghostwire would still be heading to the PS5. Deathloop’s release date was actually leaked via the New Zealand PlayStation Store yesterday, which pegged it for a May launch.
