Destiny 2 update 1.0.3 will be rolled out next week, Bungie has confirmed, and will be preceded by another round of server maintenance.

Speaking in its latest blog update, the former Halo developer revealed that Destiny 2 will be brought offline at 6.00am PST on Monday, September 25 and is expected to last for around six hours.

As per usual, if you’re already playing the game then you will be automatically booted out an hour into the downtime, while those of you offline won’t be able to sign in at all until maintenance has wrapped.

Once the downtime has ended, players will have to download Destiny 2 update 1.0.3 before getting back into the action.

Destiny 2 was released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 6, and will arrive on PC later next month. The shared-world shooter notched up the biggest Day-One sales of any game via the PlayStation Store, and topped the U.K. All Format Chart upon its release.

Bungie recorded a whopping 1.2 million concurrent players the Friday after the game’s launch, although the game was plagued by a number of crashing issues, notably on the PS4 Pro, in the days following launch.

Looking ahead, Destiny 2 Iron Banner will roll out at some point in October, while the game’s first batch of DLC, Curse of Osiris, is reportedly due out this December.
