Guerrilla Games has pushed out the Horizon Zero Dawn update 1.54 patch notes, which fixes a number of issues regarding the game running on PS5 via backwards compatibility. Read more details.
· Fixed an issue where some cinematics did not have any audio on external audio devices when running on a PS5™ console in backwards compatibility mode
· Fixed the FOV slider in Photo Mode
· Fixed several crashes when running on a PS5™ console in backwards compatibility mode

Horizon Zero Dawn was patched recently to allow for 60 FPS when played on PS5 via backwards compatibility, although it did present a couple of issues, notably the aforementioned sound problem that presented itself during cutscenes.
