Developer Supermassive Games has released a new trailer for the Man of Medan Curator’s Cut pre-order bonus, which features additional sequences and dialogue that aren’t seen in the standard version of the upcoming horror title. The trailer give us a proper glimpse at how these extra scenes will play out between key characters.
Man Of Medan Curator’s Cut Trailer
The sequence shown is at the start of the game, when we’re introduced to the main cast and players are in control of Brad. This is featured in the ‘theatrical cut’ of Man of Medan, or in other words, the standard version of the game.
However, the scene then flips to show a different perspective as part of the Curator’s Cut, where you’re instead playing as Alex, Brad’s brother. In this scene, you’re chatting with Alex’s girlfriend, Julia, discussing plans for the dive.

The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan is scheduled for release on August 30 for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One. The game follows a group of Americans in the South Pacific Ocean as they become stranded on a mysterious ghost ship in the middle of a storm, where they find themselves stalked by the malevolent presence that haunts the vessel.
Much like Supermassive’s previous game, Until Dawn, Man of Medan places a heavy emphasis on player choice. It’s possible for the entire cast to live or die depending on what decisions you make during the game, allowing for multiple playthroughs.
Supermassive has revealed that Man of Medan will last around five hours, and features a massive 69 possible character deaths. The developer has revealed that the Dark Pictures Anthology will include eight titles.
