Frontier has confirmed that Planet Coaster: Console Edition will be a PS5 launch title, announcing a November 12, 2020 release date for the game in the US, a November 19, 2020 release date in the UK and EU, and a November 10, 2020, PS4 release date worldwide.

We got the chance to play the game earlier in the Summer and came away impressed with how the game had been ported to console and the flexibility and customisation offered by the game. You can read through our impressions of the game here. The game will also offer a free upgrade for PS4 players, allowing them to get the PS5 version for free. But, your creations will need to be uploaded to the workshop to transfer.
Planet Coaster: Console Edition releases on November 10, 2020, on PS4, November 12, 2020, on PS5 in the US and November 19, 2020, on PS5 in the UK and EU.
